Because our core services (adaptive gaming evaluations and equipment) are provided in-person, we limit the personal information we collect through our website. The information we collect online falls into the following categories:

4. Children’s Privacy and COPPA Compliance
Our Website is NOT Directed at Children Under 13.

As a non-profit organization, we are generally exempt from COPPA, but we take the protection of minors’ data seriously.

Note on Non-Profit Status: RX Gaming is a non-profit organization. Non-profit entities are generally exempt from the full scope of the CCPA/CPRA unless they are controlled by, or share common branding with, a covered for-profit business. We are not affiliated with a covered for-profit business.
However, we are committed to upholding the spirit of transparency and consumer rights, and we extend the following rights to all users of our site:
