Austin Scott MD
Austin is the founder and Executive director of Rx Gaming. He trained as a fellow at Cincinnati Children's hospital and is an attending physician at Riley Hospital for Children. He enjoys long walks on the beach and candle-lit dinners.

Executive VP & Indianapolis Program Director
Ben Schrock PA-c
Ben is the Executive VP and the Program Director of Indianapolis. He trained as a physician assistant at Butler University and has a background in Emergency, Trauma, and Rehab Medicine. He now works on the Rehab Team at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, gaming, computers, cooking, and the outdoors. He grew up as a Nintendo and Playstation fan, loves retro video gaming and the Metal Gear Solid franchise.

Director of Adaptive Engineering
Jacob Lovrinic
Jacob is the Director of Adaptive Engineering. He deals with 3D printing, Engineering, and designing adaptive gaming systems. He is a child life specialist at Riley Hospital for Children. Jacob loves making and tinkering. He has recently been playing lethal company and creating collectible gaming keychains at key-pop.com

Adaptive Tech Specialist
Drew
Drew Redepenning is a Biomedical Engineer, Assistive Technology Practitioner, and Resident Physician who has been involved in the field of adaptive video gaming for over six years and has worked in the field of assistive technology for over seven years. His primary focus is working with individuals with extremely limited mobility and setting them up with equipment to help them game at a high level. He has presented multiple educational sessions on adaptive video gaming both regionally and nationally throughout his career and is the creator of the website https://gamingreadapted.com/. Drew is currently a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation resident physician at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Cincinnati Program Director
Jeremy Shapiro MD
Jeremy grew up in Texas where he did his medical school training before moving up to Cincinnati to train in Pediatric Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. He works at Cincinnati Children’s and has become a huge fan of Cincinnati and all Cincinnati sports. Also loves Adaptive Sports. More importantly, he grew up playing a lot of Super Nintendo games and now loves playing single player RPGs, platformers, and story-driven games. He will also gladly challenge you in Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros.

Director of Tabletop Gaming
MAtthew Miller MD
Matthew is a Hoosier through-and-through. He was born in Indiana, went to college at IU Bloomington, attended IU School of Medicine, and completed his Neurodevelopmental Disabilities residency at IU School of Medicine as well. He currently works at Riley Hospital for Children specializing in children which chronic neurologic conditions. He is a lifelong gamer who grew up on his father's Atari 2600 and original NES, but still loves to console game on Nintendo Switch, PS5, and PSVR2. He and his family are avid board game players with an ever-growing collection of over 250 board games. He is also a fan of tabletop roleplaying games and has been part of a long-running D&D group that has met weekly for almost 8 years and is the current Dungeon Master of a campaign that has been ongoing for over a year. Outside of playing games, Matthew is also a hobbyist who enjoys 3D printing and miniature painting. Nowadays, he also enjoys teaching his two young children to play board games and paint along with him.

Adaptive Gaming Specialist
Justin LEasure MD
Justin grew up in central Ohio and attended college at The Ohio State University. He completed medical school at Toledo University College of Medicine, followed by Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. He subsequently completed a pediatric Sports Medicine fellowship at Nationwide Children's Hospital/The Ohio State University. His interests include neuromusculoskeletal medicine, sports medicine and adaptive sports medicine, Esports medicine, and adaptive gaming. His gaming console of choice to play growing up (when not playing sports) was Nintendo (especially the N64). He is a huge Legend of Zelda fan and collector. He now games primarily on PC and Nintendo consoles. He is also a lifelong fan of tabletop gaming. During his residency, he was introduced to Dungeons & Dragons and has been a diehard fan of the game ever since, including managing D&D campaigns as Dungeon Master, 3D printing and painting miniatures, playing the Baldur's Gate games, and watching the fantastic Critical Role series.
