Indy eval night May!

This past Saturday was another incredible turnout at Butler Esports Park. The community continues to grow at an amazing pace—we were thrilled to welcome four brand-new gamers to the crew for their first time, alongside a fantastic crowd of our returning regulars who jumped right back into action at their favorite setups. The energy in the room was the perfect blend of what makes these nights so special: relaxed, inclusive, and packed with fun.

Console Classics and Big Screen Battles The consoles were absolutely buzzing! Super Smash Bros. Once again drew a massive crowd around the big screen, turning every dramatic knockout into a laughable moment. In addition to the fighting action, racers were tearing up the tracks in Mario Kart. It was awesome seeing everyone gathered together, cheering, laughing, and having fun!

PC Action, Rocket League, and Custom Controls Over at the PC desks, gamers were diving out of the battle bus into Fortnite and hitting aerial goals in Rocket League, while others built and explored in Minecraft. What made this section truly special was the incredible variety of tech in use—from standard setups to a wide range of different controllers and advanced mouth-control devices. Seeing players dial in their perfect custom configurations to master these games is exactly what these evaluation nights are all about.

Tabletop Adaptive Gaming We also brought out a selection of board games, and it was an absolute hit. It provided a wonderful, low-stress space for gamers and families to connect, strategize, and share a different kind of gaming experience together.
